Yeah, this is the "live tv edit" version of PCH - it's the same version they did on The View, due to time restrictions as PCH is normally over 5 mins. They also cut out "All this world's fame...etc" in the 2nd verse - I don't think the song suffers for it though!
I am almost positive that it is Peter Thorn ( http://www.myspace.com/peterscottthorn ), who worked on the demos with her, playing, producing, mixing, as well as co-writing "Car Crash". He also appears on the proper album playing guitar on "Letter to God". It seems whenever she is in LA she gets him to fill in for Invisible Dave, and to me the reasons are obvious - he can actually play the songs.
Definately one of the better TV appearence performance. Does anyone know if they have finnished making the clip for PCH to promo in the states yet? I heard they were making one for the PCH single in states and another for Samantha single to be released in UK / Europe. Anyone have any updates?
She looks fantastic and her singing is awesome again. I think she's in top form again. If only she could stop carrying that guitar around. She barely plays. She has no need to prove anything she's not like Madonna having to convince people she can hold a chord. Courtney has written some of the prettiest riffs ever.She has been "giving it all" at her gigs for ever so It doesn't look nice having that guitar as accessory it's out of her concept.Plus it distracts her from her singing. I hope she concentrates on her singing and take good care of her self.
I loved the perfomance, her voice sounds very clear and beautiful but I don't like the way she has her hair now, I loved the way she had the long and messed up hair with some accesories at the top when she was promoting this new album, remember? she had some beautiful dresses and she looked very courtney-hole reloaded, she looked very young and not that skinny and tired she looks now with this new hair style and this new outfit that she looks older... what do you think guys?

I don't like how they keep straightening her hair into weird bobs and why she keeps dressing in beige shirts but it's still a great performance.

i think the beige and straightened hair definatly make her look older. the old look was more rock'n'roll and fun.
