Interesting articles. I see the majority (not all) of the comments below them are from the usual mysogynists. Very good point about people like Keith Richards being a figure of admiration, caddish, for his substance misuse and behaviour linked to it. But Courtney is a figure of hate amongst some for the very same behaviour.

This woman isnt sober. You're not sober when you still drink, which she does. So she's not 'on track', nor will she ever be.

I believe courtney is a sick woman, but that doesn`t make her less interesting and talented. and one of the most courage things is to admit you have a BIG problem, thing that she does. Things in her life are really fucked up, but some how she manages to survive, and I respect her a lot. and with the finger pointing on, i think is fantastic. Kelly Osbourne, eat your heart out, you don`t have a hair as talented as courtney! and killmissworld? you are still bringing a lot of negatives comments about courtney, which is sad, because is like you are mad or something, but you don`t know this woman and you probably did have the things she did, so...what with your finger pointing on?? With what I have been going through myself lately, I have a much better understanding of Courtney and what she has gone through just to be herself. I have a reputation for being "crazy" and a "liar", neither of which are true. I'm VERY honest about who I am and what I have been through, which I think makes me more honest then most people. I am who I am, I don't lie about it and I'm not crazy for it. I find that the most honest people, are the ones who have more pain because they don't hide and that scares the shit out of most people. I've had people tell me to keep my mouth shut and it is my fault that people think what they think. I will NOT keep my mouth shut and if you don't like me for who I am, FUCK YOU and you keep your mouth shut. So Courtney, if you are reading this, be proud of who you are and what you have done and keep telling those fake asshole to FUCK OFF. You are not a crackhead, you are an amazing person and I am proud to call myself a Courtney Love fan.
